Everyone has to start somewhere, even our most successful boxers had a first day in the gym and while it can be a daunting experience we promise, if you put in the work, you will see the results.
If you want to learn to box and compete, great! Some people train in the club for football pre-season and some train to get in shape for there holiday, it doesnt matter, your just as welcome either way. Our coaches will guide you on living a healthier lifestyle, developing your fitness and learning the art of boxing.
Boxing uses almost every muscle group in the body and helps develop your hand eye coordination, your feet work and your general fitness. An excellent sport for fat burning and toning, we are confident we can help you achieve even the most ambitious of goals.
